Care-A-Van Booking Requests

Telephone the Care-a-Van Dispatch Office at 519-336-3789 Have the following information ready:

• your name and registration number
• your pick up address
• your destination
• arrival time desired
• time of your return
• your return destination

If you are unable to reach the Care-a-Van Dispatcher, leave a voicemail message with your name, phone number, registration number and booking details and you will receive a return call as soon as possible.  
 
PLEASE NOTE:
Bookings for medical appointments can be made up to 30 days in advance and up to 7 days in advance for all other appointments.

• Same day service requests may be accommodated, if possible.
• Requests for standing arrangements for service may be made by those individuals traveling to and from the same location at the same time and day, such as to work or school. We aim to accommodate all requests; however permanent bookings can only be made possible if both time and space allow.
