The complaint form should be used only for formal complaints. The Public Complaint Policy does not apply to decisions of Council, Committees, legislative matters, by-laws or judicial matters. For these issues, you may wish to contact Members of City Council directly.

We welcome inquires, service requests, feedback, compliments, and criticisms through our comment form.
