Notice of Closed Meeting – December 9, 2019

A Closed Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2019 in Committee Room #2, Sarnia City Hall.

Under sections 239 (2) (d) of the Municipal Act consideration will be given to labour relations or employee negotiations regarding the Fire Department.

Under section 239 (2) (c) and (k) of the Municipal Act consideration will be given to a proposed or pending acquisition of land and to a position or instruction to be applied to negotiations affecting a Transit terminal.

Under section 239 (2) (c) and (k) of the Municipal Act consideration will be given to a proposed or pending disposition of land and to a position or instruction to be applied to negotiations regarding the Bayside Mall.

Under sections 239 (2) (e) and (f) of the Municipal Act consideration will be given to advice pertaining to a potential litigation that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
